An injunction hearing scheduled for Thursday in front of Allen Superior Judge Nancy Boyer is now cancelled. No hearing is currently scheduled in federal court, clearing the way for a smoke-free Friday as scheduled.
I would encourage everyone that supports the ban to visit your local watering hole and toss a few back while enjoying the fresh air...
