Consumer Tip Of the Day

If you have Comcast's phone service - cancel it. Vonage will give you the exact same service for about half the price.

If you still have a regular land line service - cancel it. See above.

I've used Vonage for months now and it works great - no drop outs to speak of. The only obvious problem being if your internet connection is down then so is your phone, but the calls can automatically be forwarded to your cell phone when this happens...

I've had a few issues with Vonage, but Verizon is actually at-fault. Our internet connection blinks in and out...hence some down time in service. Hardly the fault of Vonage.
