I measured the snowfall at my place and it was just over 8 inches - I expected about an inch more than that but that's still going to make for good snowboarding.
I also just finished shoveling my driveway and with the sore shoulder that was quite a challenge. I always do it by hand because I figure it's good exercise. Snowblowers are for Republicans - heh...

Jeff - This nominal Republican does not own a snowblower - & I shovel manually also - but ,at 72, carefully! You take care of your shoulder - hurting is your body's way of saying "take it easy". I am looking forward to your meeting at the library next Thursday - sounds very interesting. John B.Kalb
This Libertarian uses a snow blower and I do not let anyone call me a Republican. I believe in smaller Government and I would be insulted if anyone called me a Republican in this day and age...
